Return/exchange are only accepted if the purchased work of art (photograph/digital art), archival print (принтови), merchandise is damaged during shipping, or there’s an error on the part of the printers. In the event of this the item will be re-printed to the correct specification and re-delivered to the client at no extra cost to the client. The damaged or inadequate item will be picked up from the client at no extra cost to the client. Refunds are not possible once the client has paid, and the artwork or archival print (принтови) has been printed to the specified requirement. A print sample (for an original photograph or digital art) can be sent to the client before final printing. At Kendell-Kerwin we strive for the highest standard for our clients and ourselves.
